Investment Sales

Receivership Services

The executives at LandPark have handled receivership cases in multiple states. On his most recent assignment, Richard M. Holland, was appointed by the Harris County Court as the Receiver for Park Plaza Retail Center in Katy, Texas on behalf of Wisconsin-based Marshal & Ilsley Bank. As the Receiver, Mr. Holland stabilized the property by working closely with leasing and property management groups to increase occupancy while enhancing tenant relations with professional and responsive management. Ultimately, Mr. Holland sold the property to a new limited partnership and was retained by the new owner to handle the property management and leasing assignments.
